This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 21a platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 21a platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to refrain from using our platform.
Use of 21a is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
21a reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm that a user meets the eligibility requirements. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in a temporary or permanent account restriction.
Each user may only hold one active account on the 21a platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details whenever changes occur. 21a is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 21a support team immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account — whether carried out by you or by anyone else who gains access with or without your permission — unless and until you report any unauthorised access to us.
All transactions on the 21a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and were obtained through lawful means.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. 21a is not liable for any delays in deposit confirmation caused by third-party payment providers such as e-wallets or banks.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same or a related payment method used for the original deposit. Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. 21a reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all verification requirements are met or any account-related investigation is concluded.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank's policies.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 21a are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. These terms include wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and bonus expiry dates. Users are advised to read and fully understand the bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 21a platform:
21a provides the platform on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet any specific user expectations. 21a will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or the actions of third parties.
In the event that 21a is found liable for any claim, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user into their account within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to that claim.
21a reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where suspicious activity, account-related complaints, or outstanding verification requirements are identified. During the suspension period, users will be unable to log in or access their account. Users will be notified via their registered email address once the investigation is concluded.
21a reserves the right to permanently close a user's account and forfeit any remaining balance or bonuses if the user is found to have breached any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for illegal purposes. A permanent closure decision is final unless the user can provide sufficient evidence to support an appeal for review.
Users who wish to close their own account may contact the 21a support team by email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user via the relevant payment method, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
All content on the 21a platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 21a or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 21a.
The 21a platform may include links to third-party websites for reference purposes. These links do not imply any endorsement or approval by 21a of the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. 21a is not responsible for any content, products, or services found on third-party websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
21a reserves the right to modify, add to, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 21a platform shall first be resolved through the platform's designated dispute resolution process before any legal action is taken.
